For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty
fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as
the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a
specific date please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the
best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking
number.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a full refund.
After 12 hours, a cancellation will be subject to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of
the piece and the amount of work that has been done. 
Custom pieces/personalised pieces (i.e. Monogram necklace) cannot be cancelled after 24
hours.
Cancellation of any order is not possible after it has been dispatched.

We do offer custom lengths for an additional fee. Please contact us and bear
in mind that depending on the modification you'd like, the price may vary. In addition, please bear
in mind that custom orders are non-refundable after 24 hours.

Yes! We'd love to discuss custom jewellery. Please contact us to schedule a
consultation (in person or on phone) to discuss. We love doing bridal jewellery and would be
delighted to discuss that as well.
